  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our products. However, minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to screen differences or natural product characteristics.
  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or after verification (for COD).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping timelines, charges, and delivery terms.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

6. Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • For damaged or incorrect products, customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video for verification.

7. COD Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to additional charges.
  • Neela Home reserves the right to verify COD orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Delivery failure due to refusal or non-availability may affect your future ordering privileges.

  • All content on this website including logos, images, text, designs, and graphics is the property of Neela Home and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Neela Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
