Prepaid Orders

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders—no minimum order value required. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with us!

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless there’s a stock-related delay or long holiday, in which case we’ll notify you.

 

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
  1. Metro cities: 2–3 working days
  2. Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 3–5 working days
  3. Other pin codes: 5–7 working days

 

We use trusted and registered domestic courier partners or India Post (Speed Post) for all shipments. Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to courier-related issues. If this happens, feel free to contact us and we’ll escalate the matter.

Important:

  • Please do not accept tampered packages.
  • We request you to take a parcel opening video—this is essential for claims regarding missing or incorrect items.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We do accept COD orders, although serviceability may be limited to select pin codes.

  • COD charges apply based on your order value (to cover courier collection fees).
  • COD orders are verified by our team via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch and may take an additional 1–2 days to be shipped.
  • Please note: Our courier partners do not allow open-package delivery. You will receive the package only after paying the COD amount.

Due to a higher rate of failed deliveries in COD orders (25–30%), we highly recommend opting for prepaid orders to avoid delays or cancellations.

Custom Orders

Customized products are non-returnable and are dispatched within 5–7 working days. These items are made especially for you, and we take extra care in crafting and delivering them.
