Beautiful Spaces. That’s all we want. So, for anything you don't love, we accept Returns / Exchanges without any questions. You can file the same on the website and the entire process is online. So shop without worrying about returns or being stuck with products you don't love.

Process & Schedule of Charges (Exchange)

  • Charges - NIL (ZERO).
  • Tentative Process time - 7-8 days from the day of filing the exchange

Process: File exchange on the website, and wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we initiate the exchange order.

In case the new order amount is higher and you are opting for a different product, you can pay via the link auto-generated via razor pay. In case you want to opt for variants in the same design (Color or size change) our team will message you on WhatsApp to pay the difference and if the amount is lower, we will issue Store Credits.

Under Returns, we give you 2 options of Refunds - Store Credits & Bank refunds. 

The process & Schedule of the same are as below

Store Credits - The most used method by our customers.

  • Charges - NIL (ZERO).  
  • Tentative Process time - 4-5 days from the day of filing the return

Process: File return the website and then, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we issue the store credits.

No amount is deducted from the item/ordered value and the store credits will have 1-year validity. You can purchase any product using the same from the website.     

 Bank Refund or any other mode (except Store Credit) - This is a non-smart way to return products.          

  • Charges - Rs. 100/- per item qty or 10% of order value, whichever is higher.
  • Tentative Process time - 14-15 days from the first day of filing the return.
  • Why do we charge - We have to bear 2 sides of shipping which is approx 300  for us, against which we are charging 1/3rd only - that is 100/- per qty.

 

Examples of charge deduction

CASE A: If your order has 2 qty of a single product, and the order value is Rs.1800/- then the return charge deduction will be 200 (2 x 100).

CASE B: If your order has 2 qty of a single product, the order value is Rs.2200/-, then return charge deduction will be 220 (10% of 2200)        

Refund Amount = Order amount - Return Deduction

Process: File return on the website, wait for products to be picked up. Once we receive the products back & QC is done, we initiate a bank refund. After initiating a bank refund, it can take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account. 

      Refunds: Refunds for COD orders will be strictly through STORE CREDITS only.

Important points to note:

  1. Return/ Exchange request has to be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
  2. All Products except Customized ones and tiebacks are eligible for returns & the product Returned/exchanged has to be unused and in original packaging.
  3. Customized products are non-returnable. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company reserves the right to deny a replacement or refund if the returned product is damaged, used, or incorrect.
  4. For damaged / defective items received, we will send replacement products STORE CREDIT, but will not cancel the order or issue a bank refund.
  5. Any delivery charge (COD / Express) paid while ordering will not be eligible for refund. The maximum times an order can be exchanged is 2. After that order can not be exchanged/returned.
  6. Carpets/Blankets can be exchanged only once. if 2nd time exchange is required, exchange fees of 500/- will be applicable. Please refer to the details mentioned in the product/catalog.
  7. On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases, we will request you to courier us back the product. Reimbursement for the same is 50/- per item quantity sent back.
  8. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  9. Products purchased during SALE are not eligible for Return/Exchange.
  10. We endeavour to deliver the product as per the pictures you see and the sizes mentioned, but due to different screen resolutions, there can be minor color variations in actual products vs pictures on the website. Also due to natural variance in manufacturing processes, there can be a 3-5% variance/tolerance in the product sizes. Both the above deviations will not make a case for 'FREE RETURN'. Of course, if you don't like the product colors and it is not fitting, exchange is always available or return as per policy. 

           

Note: Our refund policy has been changed w.e.f 15th September 2024, so any returns filed before that will adhere to the old refund policy.
