Exchange Policy
Neela Home Exchange Policy
At Neela Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before initiating an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product received is damaged.
- Size/fit issues.
Exchange Window & Process
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact us via our Shopify Inbox or email to initiate exchanges.
- Our team will evaluate the exchange reason and guide you through the process.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
Exchange Shipping
For Incorrect or Damaged Products
- We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.
- Three pickup attempts will be made within 72 hours.
- If pickup fails after three attempts, the customer will need to self-ship the item.
For Size Exchange
- The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- Please use the services of a trusted courier agency to return the product.
- Ensure the returned merchandise is securely packaged in the original packaging to avoid transit damage.
- Exchange will not be provided if the product is damaged, different from the original item, or an incomplete set (e.g., missing pillow covers).
- Include your order number and exchange details.
- We will ship the replacement size once the original item is received and passes our Quality Check process (detailed below).
For Other Exchanges
- A restocking fee of ₹150 may apply as per our Fair Usage Policy.
- Customers will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse if reverse pickup isn't available.

Non-Exchangeable Items
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
- BOGO (Buy One Get One) or promotional offers with free products.
- Products without original tags/packaging.
- Used, worn, or washed items.
- Items exchanged after 7 days.
Quality Check Process
- All exchanges undergo a quality inspection.
- Items showing signs of use will be rejected.
- Exchanges will only be processed after quality approval.

Important Notes
- Keep all original packaging until satisfied with your purchase.
- Maintain proof of return shipping if self-shipping.
- Take photos/videos before returning damaged items.
- Include the order number with all exchanges and email us at info@neelahome.com with the delivery tracking number and packaging photos.
- Only one size exchange per order is allowed.
